From exactly where does what come?

In what rational world does an aspirational or politically empowered politician in control of government propose confiscating taxpayer funds (your money) in order to pay for *illegal immigrants who come to America illegally over the border to receive gender rea$$ignment $urgery!? Not even American citizens, that would be bad enough!
Where does the justification for proposing such a thing and or promoting and doing such a thing come from?
Anyone, politician or other who proposes such a thing needs to be either Fired, Retired or Expired. (Expired = Retired and put in a locked down mental institution)
Any rational American who would politically support I. E. vote for such an individual who would allow those words to leave their lips, whether for pandering purposes or any other reason is a danger to the country, a danger to themselves and a danger to their family. Is that you?
And to be sure anyone who chooses for whatever reason to have such an extreme surgery should be able to at some point receive it. But it is NOT the responsibility of the American public through the confiscation of their taxes to provide it.
Should all boob jobs be added to that list? Nose jobs? Dental implants? Why not? Remember, it is proposed for illegal immigrants and NOT for American citizens!
Where does it end? Desperate self-proclaimed radical and woke politicians are always surfing the slippery slope of the Cuckoo's Nest Pandering Pipeline.
