GIOVANI: DRONES: B.O.I. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

*Giovani Mangione: Giovani's lawyer says that he has seen no evidence that indicates that his client had anything to do with the depraved cold-blooded murder of United Healthcare's CEO. His client is innocent!

*Drones: Government source say that the multiple very credible reports, with video, of up to 100 drones at a time apparently surveilling American military installations is your imagination essentially. Nothing to see here.

*Beneficial Ownership Interest: Reporting requirements related to the Corporate Transparency Act have been halted by a court injunction determining that the law is Un Constitutional.

Three seemingly unrelated items in the news having to do with law makers, government actions and comments, lawyers and the law and justice system. How are they all related?

Giovani Mangione's lawyer even given the known and widely distributed very clear video, photographs and a resulting arrest at a McDonalds due to the suspect being plainly recognized. And the apparent reported recovery of evidence recovered including an alleged matching firearm seen in that very same video and an apparently relate manifesto says the police have the wrong man. Why? Because in any legal situation the government and law enforcement have the burden of proving through evidence that the man that has been arrested is indeed the man that committed the crime. Giovani is innocent until proven guilty by the government in an Objective court of law and before a jury of his peers.

Drones: Why not shoot down the drones apparently spying on military installations? Government and the military do not have the authority to shoot down drones without the clear indication that they are a clear and present threat. Not until it is determined, and an emergency condition is declared anyway. And where are they from? The drones IMO are part of a government run operation proving their technology. OR the drones are the result of American adversaries proving their technology and ability to violate Americas borders and security systems in the furtherance of collecting strategic military information. OR the drones are the result of an internal dark security operation testing the ability of American military systems to detect and counter a threat by drones within the borders of America. Choose one or all three?

But government spokes people have stated: "The Biden administration brushed off the baffling New Jersey drone mystery – even as top lawmakers from both New York and NJ have demanded a federal briefing — and suggested nefarious foreign meddling could be at play."

N.O.R.A.D. monitors and tracks everything I believe up to 22 thousand miles into space and they can track Santa Clause on his Christmas rounds. Does anyone really believe that your government does not know from where these drones are being launched from, where they go and where they land? Not to mention that the military as well as civilian radar systems are tracking everything that flies over American territory.

Business Ownership Interest: Congress / government passes a law in 2021 requiring that the owners of private businesses already lawfully registered with their sovereign states to legally do business who file and pay their taxes are to now specifically register with the Federal government. And if you fail to do so the penalties would be $500 per day up to $10,000, and potential civil or criminal consequences. Does that seem a bit invasive and authoritarian to you? Seems like a bit too much government. And where does all of this come from?

This is an effort spear headed by Treasury Secretary, Janet Yellen, authoritarian / Globalist. Notice the timing, the Democrats take over government in 2021 and they are balls to the wall ready to further infringe on your Rights and privacy through government mandated requirements, right down your throat. Ms. Yellen is also enthusiastic about the hiring of 87,000 new IRS agents.

Texas court puts injunction on BOI law, calls it Un Constitutional: "The Court’s reasoning for enjoining the CTA and FinCEN’s BOI Reporting Rule is that Congress’s powers, which are expressly defined in the U.S. Constitution, do not include a “federal police power to regulate all aspects of public life.” The Court disagreed with FinCEN that Congress had the power to enact the CTA under either the Constitution’s Commerce Clause or its Necessary and Proper Clause."

The nature of government is to constantly encroach on and infringe on your freedoms, privacy and Rights. That is the nature of the government beast.

What is my point? Remember, your government has NEVER told the truth to you the public, NEVER. The truth is not the business that your government is ultimately in. And at every opportunity government will degrade your Rights and freedom. Your government, all and every government is ultimately about power and control. Government is not obligated to tell you or anyone else the truth as you would define the truth. So, your default position on any law or statement coming out of your government is that at the minimum it is not being accurate and at the maximum it is a blatant lie designed to mislead in the furtherance and interests of "ITS" power and control.

Trust absolutely NONE of those politically empowered in government. Not until you have at least done your best to verify what it is that they are proposing or reporting and that it does not seek to destroy your Rights and privacy anyway.

And this all occurs by design within the parameters structured by the Constitution in an effort to ensure that the citizens of America and their Rights and freedoms are protected and remain in full force. Beware the slippery slope!

Something for you to consider and better understand as we enter a new American era of prosperity in 2025. Stay tuned.
