JUST FOR FUN: THE "PROGRESSIVES" AND "CLIMATE CHANGE"

Before you read this understand that I love that there are such things as super yachts, private jets, helicopters, private submarines, super cars, bikinis and mega mansions and the humans that have risen to that kind of apex level of personal wealth who buy them. I love it!

These kinds of things keep lots and lots of everyday people busy both designing, building, running and maintaining them. Fulfilling the mega rich aspirations and wishes is a very worthwhile endeavor; they tend to spread it around.

I saw this short video below about Mark Zukerberg's 387 foot, 24,000 horsepower yacht named "LAUNCHPAD". And I thought it was a good example of some of the obvious hypocrisy of those on the Liberal and even more oh so righteous more Leftist persuasion among us. You know, they are soooo virtuous and moral. They tell you all the time how much they care through the causes that they support. It is hard to be modest with so much free flow expendable resources.

The Zuckerberg climate change efforts: "The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI), the philanthropic organization founded by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, pledged $44 million in funding for solutions to climate change today. Most of the money goes towards efforts to capture carbon dioxide building up to dangerous levels in the atmosphere and oceans." Kind of funny and counter intuitive, no?

Now THAT is a carbon footprint!

Being that wealthy is no joke a difficult 24 / 7 job to have, I don't care what anyone says. And again, it takes lots and lots of people to design, build, run and maintain things like mega yachts, private jets, helicopters, super cars, private submarines, bikinis and mega mansions.

Only in individual freedom and Capitalism do such counter intuitive problems occur. No one is breaking into China, North Korea or Russia.

Makes me smile :)
