Which does not mean that people in a society do not have a vested interest in looking out for and caring for the children in their village, town, city or country, not at all. The children and their minds are the golden ring, the ultimate prize.
The "It Takes a Village" warm and fuzzy book title is about disrupting, "dismembering", destroying and replacing the American family model which stands in their way, with government and a culture of dependency.
Like most things more Liberal and Leftist, never take what they say on its face value. There is always a duplicitous meaning and intent to everything a philosophical Leftist believer says. A subversion in other words. True for both political parties, but especially the Left.
As an example: Read this statement from this current Democrat administration: "The border is secure". You know they are gaslighting you. And they say it with a straight face, under oath! Without consequence. Without consequence until election day rolls around that is. In America it is YOU who mete out the consequences. And that is why they fear you and seek to control what and how you think.
In such a model you as an individual are required to get in line, be ignorant and gullible, just like a cult. And if you question and refuse to believe? They will have to destroy or eliminate you as a threat to their power and control retention and further acquisition. Up to and including murder.

When you scrape away the necessary layer of deception and bait and switch politics it's just a Marxist / Democrat party "Dismember the family" mode of social control in the pursuit of permanent political power. Plain and simple.
You desire to become more informed, intelligent and actually understand and know what you are talking about regarding politics? Listen to and talk to rational, Objective, intelligent "Villagers".

But how do I know, how do I find an intelligent "villager"? How can I tell when someone is actually intelligent and worthwhile listening to? It is up to you, it is your adult responsibility to figure out who is rational, who is intelligent. And who is just posing and is full of crap just looking to use and control you.
