A slice from the real world: A CPA friend and customer of mine who I consider a political "Scalp" stopped by. A political Scalp, not easy to come by, being someone who came to me confused asking questions and attempting to make sense of the politics ongoing in the country over the last 10years. He was a loyal Democrat voter his entire life until the light bulb went off in his head and he began to better understand.
He transformed himself into a full blood loyal Trump voter, with a little guidance and help from me :)
He dropped by to make a purchase, and he gave me his now standard gift for this year a, "Kid Trump" 2025 calendar. (That or the "Dogs Pooping in Scenic Places" calendar :)
And this is where it gets interesting: I casually asked him: So, what do you think of the D.O.G.E.? And his answer surprised me at first, but it makes sense.
He answered, keeping in mind that he is a practicing CPA and is right now in his busy time of the year and actively dealing with the IRS. He tells me: "Ever since the president established the D.O.G.E. and put Elon in charge of it every IRS agent he has spoken to lately has been extremely courteous and extremely helpful".
Hmmmm, that is a very interesting what appears to be a direct effect of the D.O.G.E to me.
"The Trump administration and Musk's DOGE, which the president has tapped to shrink the size of the federal government, have been cutting thousands of federal jobs in the past few weeks."
When people become less confident and secure in what they are doing, and they understand that they may be under the microscope of someone who could in real terms judge them on their competence, performance and relevance and not the color of their skin or sexual orientation they get very efficient, helpful and courteous. This D.O.G.E. effect going on within government right now is very similar to effect competition has in the real-world regarding Capitalism. You become Objectively oriented and better at your job or business.
The Left and the Democrats are now uncontrollably urinating against the wind in their desperation and protestations. And the more they protest the further they will turn the American public against them because they are standing in opposition to common sense, rational thinking and the survival of America itself.
So, you keep urinating against the wind desperate and confused "progressive" Democrats, works for me.
